The pointReturn project doesn't experience any bribe-seeking. So why do I find Anna Hazare's campaign against corruption so timely? It is because collusive-corruption in policy making is the real cause of transactional-corruption perceived in the streets. The holy grail of 10% growth can only be discovered through equity, fairplay, care for environment and water and food security.
